Xero Set-up packages
I’ve recently reimagined the core offerings of this package to give you more of what you need to get you up and running fast – so Xero’s set up correctly from the start – and you feel confident using it. There’s more training, there’s more one on one support time plus there’s three months of unlimited email support included. So once we’ve set you up and you’re getting comfortable using Xero – you still have open channels to ask further questions – and you know it’s all paid for upfront. When you purchase the package I need you to fill out and return two information forms. This lets you gather the information needed, and helps me understand your business and set up the optimal Xero framework for your business. Once I receive the completed information form the Xero organisation is set up and you are given access within 1 work day.
The package includes:
- Setting up Xero software business organisation
- Defining Organisation settings
- Defining Financial settings
- Setting-up bank, credit card and PayPal accounts in Xero
- Xero default chart of accounts
- Setting up users access the Xero organisation
- Latest edition of Xero for Dummies plus postage in Australia
- Setting up Payroll calendar and limited payroll settings
- 15 minute preliminary phone call / skype conversation
- Xero training and support includes:
- One hour online Xero introductory training session covering: an overview of Xero, and demonstration on how to set up: a new general ledger account, a contact, a sales invoice, a supplier bill, a manual journal, a basic reconciliation of the bank feed, and discussion of inventory management.
- One hour follow up online Xero training sessions – an opportunity to answer all your new questions.
- 15 minute integration needs analysis phone call / skype conversation to discuss and plan for any further integration.
- Three month membership to the Ongoing Xero Support Package from the date of purchase – this can be extended as required.
Optional Extras are charged at normal consultation rates.
- Cross check financial settings with ABN Lookup (optional extra)
- Assistance with activating bank feeds (optional extra)
- Importing bank transactions between start date and start of bank feeds (optional extra)
- Assistance setting up AusKey and accessing ATO portal (optional extra)
- Documents and emails template customisation (optional extra)
- Online session to set-up payroll, set-up and connect and run through first payroll (optional extra)
- Assistance setting up inventory.
- Assistance setting up Auto superannuation (optional extra)
The Set-Up Xero package is $699.
- This package is for Australian businesses. Please contact me directly if you’re interested – but based overseas.
- The client information form plus payroll information spreadsheet needs to be completed and submitted before set-up can commence.
- The time to set up the bank feed is outside of my control. In the online Xero support session we will go through the set-up requirements. You may have further paperwork and activities to undertake outside the session. For example, your bank may require you to fill in an application that needs to be authorised and submitted to the bank or Xero.
- All optional extras are charged at normal consulting rates.
